The general conditions of sale contained herein apply to all products and services sold exclusively through Jenni Jane’s website. They define the rights and obligations of the parties. 
Jenni Jane reserves the right to modify at any given moment the content and form of these general conditions of sale.

Jenni Jane shall respect the privacy of the personal data communicated by the customers on the website and shall manage the data in accordance with applicable legal obligations.



Customers’ data may be used by Jenni Jane L.L.C for the following purposes:

The customer shall provide the personal information necessary to the management of his order (delivery and billing). This information shall be accurate, valid and up-to-date.

3. Sale process



3.1. Orders



Once the desired product has been chosen, it is placed in the “shopping cart” by clicking the button “Add to Cart”. The customer may then continue his selection of products, modify his shopping cart or proceed with the payment of the order.

The confirmation of the order by the customer serves as acceptation of the general conditions of sale.



Once the order is confirmed and paid, the customer receives by e-mail a confirmation of his order.



3.2. Price



The prices mentioned for each product on the website shall be understood as excluding all taxes and shipping costs. These fees are determined based on the shipping address (taxes and shipping fees are calculated at the end of the order process (step 2 of 2), on the basis of the delivery country, weight, volume and the prices of the carrier).

Jenni Jane reserves the right to modify, without prior warning and at any moment, the prices and other fees published on the website. However, the products will be billed to the customer on the basis of the prices in force at the moment of the confirmation of the order.

The prices applicable to the customers are those valid for the country in which he will indicate a delivery address.



3.3. Depiction of the products



Jenni Jane shall endeavour to ensure that the products and services sold through the website are depicted by photographs with the highest possible accuracy. However, due to the mode of presentation of these products on the Internet network, it is possible that the perception of the customer of the photographic depiction of the products does not exactly correspond to the products themselves.



All our leather bags are handcrafted with care either in the USA or in Mexico. To reduce waste, all parts of the hide are used in crafting our bags and so there may be slight color and grain variations, which are characteristic of the natural leather and individual to each bag. These leathers will only improve with age and use. 

3.4. Taxes & Shipping

All applicable Customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of the Customs agent to release your package. We have no control over possible additional customs taxes and delays due to Customs.

Taxes and Shipping fees are calculated at the end of the order process (step 2 of 2), on the basis of the delivery country, weight, volume and the prices of the carrier. We ship to most countries.

Jenni Jane guarantees the expedition of the products sold through the website to most of the countries worldwide. The products will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the order process.



3.5. Returns & Refund



Upon reception of the product by the customer, he shall have a right of withdrawal to be exercised within a term of 14 days by returning the delivered product. The expenses for the return will be supported by Jenni Jane only on handbags purchase above $200 that were made in the USA. This return policy exclude items on sales, candles, pins or summer capsule collection.

Only the products bought through the website, and returned with their individual protective package (unopened and in their original package) may be refunded.

The present general conditions of sale, as well as any sale to which they apply, are subject to US law. Any litigation or dispute arising from or in connection with these general conditions of sale or with any sale to which they apply will be settled in accordance with the US law, whether the claim is based in contract or in tort or upon any other legal foundation. The application of the 1980 United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
