All applicable Customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of the Customs agent to release your package. We have no control over possible additional customs taxes and delays due to Customs.

Taxes and Shipping fees are calculated at the end of the order process, on the basis of the delivery country, weight, volume and the prices of the carrier.

Jenni Jane guarantees the expedition of the products sold through the website to most of the countries worldwide. The products will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the order process.

 Jenni Jane is not responsible for verifying the address. Please make sure to verify that there is no mistake on the shipping address.
